FREE group rides in Brechfa Forest

In 2017 and 2018, I ran two series of free guided rides to help open up the whole of Brechfa forest to more mountain bikers - the waymarked trails are only the beginning!

In 2019, this morphed into a free weekly group ride with a similar format, mixing up trail centre and off piste, with easy/hard options for those who want them. We've ridden every Sunday since, except during lockdown. Everyone is welcome. Normally about 10-12 riders, but can be more than 20 when the weather is good. They're a friendly bunch of very mixed abilities, so don't be shy.

The rides take place every Sunday from 9.30 until about 12.30, normally from Byrgwm/Raven carpark. Sometimes there's cake. Visit the Brechfa Mtb Riders group on Facebook to see exactly where the group is meeting each week.
